In case of high order volume or unforeseen delays, shipments may be delayed slightly. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic Shipping (India): 3–7 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–15 business days (depending on location)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or customs clearance.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment in real-time.

Delays, Lost or Damaged Packages

Arbor Elements is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and supporting images (if applicable). We will assist you in resolving the issue.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
