Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after you receive your order confirmation email.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
During high-volume periods, product launches, promotions, holidays, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances, processing may take longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you by email.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Free Shipping for Subscriptions
Arbor Elements offers free standard shipping on subscription orders.
Free subscription shipping applies to eligible subscription purchases placed through the official Arbor Elements website.
Subscription orders are processed according to the billing and delivery frequency selected at checkout or managed through your account.
To avoid shipment of the next subscription order, you must cancel, pause, or modify your subscription before the order is processed. Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it may be treated as a completed order and subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Actual delivery time may vary due to carrier delays, weather, address issues, high shipping volume, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
International shipping may be offered in the future or made available to selected countries at checkout. If international shipping is available, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country.
Arbor Elements is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or international shipping restrictions.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email, when available.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.
If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please check with household members, neighbors, building management, mailrooms, package lockers, or the shipping carrier before contacting us.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.
Arbor Elements is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to an address provided incorrectly by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Arbor Elements is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are lost, stolen, misplaced, or missing after delivery.
If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to begin an investigation.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, missing items, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

- Photos of the shipping box and packaging
- A short description of the issue
After reviewing your claim, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.
Claims submitted after 48 hours may be harder to verify and may not qualify for replacement or refund.
Carrier Delays
Delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates only. Arbor Elements is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, labor disruptions, incorrect addresses, customs processing, package rerouting, or other events outside our control.
We are unable to refund shipping charges solely due to carrier delays unless required by law or specifically stated at checkout.
Refused or Returned Packages
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or customer refusal, we may deduct original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and any carrier fees from any eligible refund.
If you would like the order reshipped, additional shipping charges may apply.
Product Heat, Storage, and Delivery Conditions
Arbor Elements products are dietary supplements. Some products may be sensitive to heat, moisture, or improper storage.
Once delivered, please bring your package indoors as soon as possible and store products according to the instructions on the label.
Arbor Elements is not responsible for product issues caused by prolonged exposure after delivery, including packages left outside, in mailboxes, in vehicles, or in high-temperature conditions.
